SOFT DRINKS

  “ ALCOHOL SOFT DRINKS CONSUMPTION IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH” Yes, The Soft Drinks we are consuming will cause adverse health effects. This is the topic that I’m waiting to make a blog from the day I started blogging. (Note: I have stopped consuming Soft Drinks many months ago)   The health issues caused by the Soft Drinks are Obesity, Diabetes, body weight, heart disease, stomach problem, cancer, liver damage, infertility, bone health, teeth disorders, reproduction problem.   The main reason is Sugar containing in the drink. American Heart Association (AHA) suggests that sugar limit of no more than 100 calories per day (about 6 teaspoons or 24 grams) for most adult women and no more than 150 calories per day (about 9 teaspoons or 36 grams of sugar) for most men.   HELP This topic is something special to me. To say honestly, I would love to help others. There are many ways we can help to others. The following are some of them, I know many of us know these ways which are mentioned below, but I felt to remind us once. Helping Through Words: Words can make a person feel sad and at the same time it can heal the pain of a person. Nowadays we are busy with our works and not even able to observe what other person is suffering in his/her life.  Let’s say you see a colleague who is crying/feeling sad in your office who you don’t know before. So, what we do basically? We ignore. But you can actually go to that person and ask why he/she is feeling bad. COMPARISON

  Comparison Comparison can kill your confidence and goals. On the other side it can make you achieve your goals.  Yes, there is both positive and negative side for comparison. The positive side comes from gratitude and the negative side comes from comparison alone.  Let’s discuss on both positive side and negative side of comparison. STAGE FEAR

“Stage Fear” Many of us has this stage fear. We will discuss the reasons for stage fear and how to overcome stage fear. But before that I will take example from my own life experiences. As said in the previous blog, I have the enthusiasm to participate in every competition irrespective of whether I will win or not. So, from my childhood I have participated in seminars/elocution competitions. When I participated for the first time in a seminar, I just gave my introduction and after starting the main theme of the seminar I forgot the speech that I had prepared and stopped. And then said thank you and left the dais(stage). It repeated many times when I participated in seminars. Gradually, I self-analyzed the reasons for why I was unable to give a seminar properly. After rectifying those mistakes gradually, there is no looking back again.
