COMFORT ZONE

For people who don’t know what comfort zone is. Here is the simple definition:

A place or situation in which you feel safe or comfortable, especially when you choose to stay in this situation instead of trying to work harder or achieve more.

Admit it most of us are in comfort zone and like to be in comfort zone. Even me used to be in comfort zone.

We like to not to take risk. We like to not to do experiment in our life. We like to do less hard work and think we did a lot.

Mostly we blame our situations for being in comfort zone rather than admitting that the fault is with ourselves.

Student Phase:

When it comes to the student phase, when it comes to studies, we blame our teachers and parents if we don’t get time to study or if we fail in exams.

The common reasons for blaming are:

We blame teachers that they haven’t teach us well.

We blame parents if they tell us some work to do, that to not frequently.

But we have time to play games in online or offline. We have time to chill with friends. We have time to binge watch Television shows, movies, and web series.

If you have time for all those stuffs. Then why blaming your parents and teachers?

Job/Career planning phase:

When a person is about to complete his/her studies or already completed and looking for job then he/she will look or job and really most of the people struggle to get the job and the main reason is lack of skills. But why we lack in the skill. The simple reason is we chill through our entire college days without bothering about our career even in the final year of our academics. If you are the person who is looking for an IT/Government job, then you need to prepare from the day you decided to get that job. There is a lot of competition in this world for the job. You need to come out of your comfort zone and make yourself skilful person in order to get into that particular job. You need to come out of the comfort zone and learn to communicate with others confidently which will help you in interviews.

Not only the IT/Government job. Be it any job or hobby like photography, editing, web developer, building your own personal brand, starting your own business, you need to give your 100% to achieve that.

Let’s look at some examples:

If you are the person who is willing to do Software or Government job and you are telling the reason that you lack resources to prepare, then you are not willing to come out of the comfort zone.

You have the best teacher like YouTube and Google in your smartphone. Instead of using those resources you are creating a reason to not learn or upskill.

If you are the passionate about photography and you don’t have any money for buying camera still, you can learn mobile photography or else rent a camera, learn photography from YouTube and practise on that rented camera and you earn money by just renting a camera and can even do paid photography and gradually you will have your own money to buy camera.

If you are the person who is looking to make money in the long run through investment. You can actually do that through investing in stock market, Mutual Funds, Cryptocurrency, NFT’s and all. If you are the person who can’t spend more hours monitoring the company stock stats and can’t take much risk, then the best way is to go with the Mutual Funds.

But be it any investment like Stocks, Mutual Funds, Cryptocurrency, NFT’s, don’t ever invest without prior knowledge and self-research. Because many people say that don’t invest in Stock Market, if we invest, we will lose all money. Yes, we will lose money. But when? When we invest without doing any research and knowledge and investing by listening to other people advice. You can find hell lot of videos on the above mentioned investment methods. Spend your time on gaining knowledge and do self research.

Come out of your comfort zone. Spend half the time on useful things that you spent on the Instagram Reel and useless stuff. Spend time on quality things/content which help you in upskilling, career, financial growth, self-development and many more.

MISTAKES

According to my opinion, these are the three common categories and aspects in life where we make mistakes In Academics: Many of us did many mistakes in our academics and even failed in exams too. We see many students are committing suicides when they are failing in their exams, mainly in their 10th standard that too in our India. We, society has influenced the students or children that they should get pass in their 10th standard or else they will fail in life. Not only about the 10th standard there are many parents who inculcate in their children mind that they should get high score or top rank in academics that too in a frightened manner, telling their children that they will be given punishment from their parents. Both parents and teachers need to be awake from the misconceptions. Parents need to understand that Marks alone neither decide the success nor the future of the children. It’s fine if your children get less marks. It’s fine if your children are not able to perform well in a...

COMPARISON

Comparison Comparison can kill your confidence and goals. On the other side it can make you achieve your goals.  Yes, there is both positive and negative side for comparison. The positive side comes from gratitude and the negative side comes from comparison alone.  Let’s discuss on both positive side and negative side of comparison. Comparison (Negative Side): Most of us become depressed or lose hope mainly due to comparison. We compare ourselves with others who are successful. We compare our current financial status with someone else’s financial status. Not only us, even our parents compare us to our siblings, cousins and neighbor’s children and make us feel we are worth nothing. It makes us feel like we are useless thus lose hope towards our goals, dreams and even in life.  Gratitude (Positive Side): We make mistake by comparing our present status/situation which includes money, job, car/bike, home, and many more with someone else who is having all those things. ...
